Which Boots?

My beloved (thrifted) black chelsea boots are slowly dying, so I now have to start searching for a new everyday pair. I've limited my choices down to these exact boots. I know I want something with a wearable heel, but I'm not sure if I should go for the same style of a Chelsea boot, or go for a cutout type. Decisions, Decisions.

Hey you guys sooo, I'm looking into buying a pair of nice ankle boots for the fall time! I've narrowed my choices down to the JC Tardy's (Top left), Chelsea boots(Not the exact ones I want but you guys get the idea), or the brown boots to the bottom left. Which do you guys think is the best? I seriously have no idea. Anyone want to lend me like $500 so I can have these shoes in my closet? Early bday gift maybe? =)

I went down to Olvera Street in Downtown LA to experience the historical part of LA and to complete my Spanish summer homework. The day turned out to be really nice, even though it was 90 degrees my parents and I walked around enjoying the cobblestone road and Mexican trinkets. My outfit was quite daring (wearing chunky flatforms on uneven raods is not the best idea) as I got plenty of stares from the workers and passerby. It was actually the first time I wore "heels" with shorts and I was scared people would think I was a young prostitue or something, but it turned out ok.

Decided to do something a bit different today by taking pictures on my bed! I've never actually done thing before, and probably won't do it that often because self timer and manual focus is a pain. You guys should have seen me running to my bed to get in position, and taking multiple shots to get the focus right. Anyways, this is just what I wore to lounge around the house today and do some blog revamping! The shirt is so conmfortable, I swear its like wearing a ligth knit fuzzy blanket. Oh, and let me know how you guys like how big my pictures are. Much clearer right?

Sorry for the cheesy title, but sometime you just run out of ideas. After spending a day with my dad at the sketchy downtown shopping center, I am so exhausted and dealing with some tonsil pain. Maybe that Mc Donald's smoothie wasn't such a good idea? Anyways, on to the outfit, I cut up this thrifted children's top to make it a bit looser and to add some dimension. This is really just a simple outfit, as many of my outfits are, but it was great for walking around under the hot sun! I feel like I've been kind of absent on my blog as of late, hopefully that will change!

Hey guys, so as you can see I straightened my hur! Well, I didn't do it myself. I went to the hair salon and told her not to make it super straight as to not damage my curl pattern and I think she did a great job! Of course, it became poofy as the day went on because my hair is not used to being straight. I still like it though, I think it brings out my Native American features. LOL

ALSO, it still frustrates me that my blog pictures on kind of small. They are on the extra large setting and original size is too big.. Does anyone know how to get my pictures to be bigger?

Just some things I want for this upcoming school year! I've already ordered some things off of Urbanoutfitters.com (The shoes and the bag) but they don't look exactly like the ones in this set. I do of course want more sweaters, collared shirts, and the AA disco pants. So hopefully this wishes will come true.

Quince fiesta.

Went to a quinceanera for the first time ever and had a wonderful time! I wore this beautiful dress that I got from Buffalo Exchange for only $14! It fit me perfectly and I didn't even have to do any altering! On a more depressing note, school is starting again soon and I am becoming quite sad because summer was just starting to get fun.=(

I took these pics on a foggy Saturday morning, and i think they turned out really nice for my first ever "photo shoot"! I really love this outfit because it has such a nautical, 80's type feel to it! The boots that I'm wearing are my LOVESS! Lol, i really am obsessed with them! Anywayss, I really need to get back to studying! Hope all is well!

Springg!!

I really can not wait until it gets warmer! Sometimes all the hard rain, and fog can get annoying and all you want to do is throw on some shorts, a nice top an a cardigan! A couple of weekends  ago i drove out with my parents to a small town far away, which had some realllyy pretty scenery! It just makes you want to wear florals, swim in a lake and wear flowy dresses! Here are some of the photo's i took that just remind me so much of Spring time! And also a few inspirational shots! =)

The outfit about me is actually from last year! It's a floral skirt, that i turned into a dress! I can still wear it, this season, but with more layering!
