Don't be surprised at what you discover.

Sweater: TJ-Maxx
Dress (worn as skirt)- Forever 21
Shoes: Vj-style.com

Happy Easter! Hope you guys are either eating lots of chocolate bunnies or spending time with family. This outfit was honestly just something that I put on to show what I would wear to a family event or church. My parents and I are actually just staying home to do some Spring cleaning...which means that I am currently clad in leggings and a dip dyed band tee that do not match at all. Don't judge me, haha.

My feelings changed, melting away in my brain.

Jacket: Thrifted
Shirt: Active
Jeans: Hollister
Shoes: Tobi.com

Really simple outfit for today! My day basically consisted of running errands with my dad, some online window shopping, and having frozen yogurt with too many unhealthy mix-ins. This will probably be my new spot for taking photos in my house since the lighting in seriously awesome (please ignore the ugly wood paneling that surrounds me. A home renovation will soon take it away lol). I barely had to brighten the photos or do any heavy editing which is always nice!
Oh and before I forget, Happy Easter guys!

New Crib.

Sorry for all of the pictures, but I just wanted to show you guys my new room! I recently moved (which is why I've been absent for the past week, sorry!) and everything has been really hectic and really exciting at the same time. I basically have my room all set up, minus a few decor pieces that I have to purchase, so I'm planning on filming a room tour video soon! I hope to get some outfit photos out to you guys soon!
ALSO, wow, I just reached 100 followers! Thank you to everyone new who just followed and those who have been following me for a while! *Hugs everyone through the computer* <3 p="">

Decepticons destroyed my shirt.

Shirt: Thrifted (Cut up by me)
Flannel: Yard Sale
Shorts: Thrifted and DIY-ed by me
Bag: Fashioncode.com/au

(Just in case Google Friend Connect actually shuts down...Follow my blog with Bloglovin so you can still keep up with my blog!)

Please excuse my angry looks in the first few photos! I had my camera on self-timer so I had to run back to my spot after clicking the shutter button which apparently left little time for my brain to signal my mouth to smile. The cut up shirt was actually a little boys t-shirt in the thrift store, but spotting its cool autobot graphic I purchased it and made a few holes and slits to add some character! I can't wear this outfit outside yet, but I am sooo looking forward to the weather warming up so I can wear it and hear my parents complain that "only Westerners would destroy their clothes to look stylish".

You make me want to throw my pager out the window.

Crop Top: Fashion Q 1982
Overalls/Dungarees: Thrifted
Shoes: Tobi.com

I'm SO happy I didn't sell these overalls on my store. They are corduroy material, slouchy and so 90's! I remember having a few pairs of overalls (all different pastel colors of course) in my closet as a little kid! I usually wore mine with turtlenecks or short sleeve shirts, and it seems nothing has changed. This is another outfit that is in my Music Festival Lookbook on my YouTube channel and if it's already posted you can watch it HERE!
P.S. Did any of you guys catch my early 2000's Destiny's Child reference in the title? LOL, just re-discovered their song Bug-a-Boo and the mention of pagers and AOL email made me chuckle.

Boy you're all over the place.

Top: Thrifted
Skirt: TJ-Maxx

Since Google Reader is shutting down, everyone is transferring over to bloglovin, so follow me there if you wish to keep up with my blog (:

I just filmed a lookbook video for my YouTube channel, and this is one of the outfits! It's geared towards Spring/Summer so I had fun busting out my crop tops and short shorts! I'll post the video link when I finish editing it(:

Cut (it) Out.

I have been on the lookout for an affordable pair of cut out ankle boots for the warm upcoming seasons, and was finally successful when I found these Jeffrey Campbell Coltrane and Balenciaga Cutout boot dupes on Tobi.com! They were originally $88 but with the first time buyer 50% coupon, I got these bad boys for only $44. They're pretty comfortable (minus some toe chaffing but fashion is pain) and I received a lot of compliments on them at school, which is always nice. I can't wait for it to get a bit warmer so I can wear the shoes with my favorite cutoff shorts and circle skirts.

Dreaming my life away.

Cardigan: Cotton On
Scarf: Gift
Shorts: Flea Market
Shoes: Same old thrifted boots
Alexander Wang Inspired Bag: c/o Fashion Code

I wore this on a super windy day, where the cold air seems to just seep into your bones. I realized that I hadn't shown you guys my asymmetrical cardigan with the leather detail! Ugh, it's so awesome. It fits me perfectly and makes an outfit more put together. The cute bag was sent to me by the awesome Australian company Fashion Code, which sells really nice quality , designer inspired pieces. The shipping for this bag was pretty quick to, (took about a week) especially considering that it came from Australia! Check out the website if you have a chance!

Hawaiian Disco.

Shirt: Thrifted
Jacket: Thrifted
Pants: AA Disco Pants
Shoes: Urban Outfitters

This outfit is me saying hello to the glimpse of Spring that we had, but also welcoming the gloomy winter back! It's even supposed to rain at the end of week which is always exciting since I finally have a legitimate excuse for overdosing on hot chocolate. The shirt I am wearing was actually purchased a while ago for my school's Hawaiian Shirt day; I figured I wouldn't let it go to waste so I just threw it on with my disco pantalones and chunky wooden flatforms (which by the way I did not fall in during the whole 2 hours I wore them lol).

I've been cast out of paradise for too long.

Beanie: Target
Sweater: Thrifted
Shorts: Flea Market
Boots: Thrifted

I wore this to school today since it was a wonderful 80 degrees! It was nice to bust out my shorts and not have to wear tights with them or not have to hide them with a bunch of bulky layers. Leave it to California to give you a random day of sunshine and warmth!
