Kiss me hard before you go.

Shirt: Brandy Melville
Shorts: Forever21
Necklace: Local Botique
Decided to do something a bit different today by taking pictures on my bed! I've never actually done thing before, and probably won't do it that often because self timer and manual focus is a pain. You guys should have seen me running to my bed to get in position, and taking multiple shots to get the focus right. Anyways, this is just what I wore to lounge around the house today and do some blog revamping! The shirt is so conmfortable, I swear its like wearing a ligth knit fuzzy blanket. Oh, and let me know how you guys like how big my pictures are. Much clearer right?

Wavy Hair.

I decided to do something a bit different to my hair since it was starting to lose its straightened look! I created what are called bantu knots (basically wrapping your hair around itself) on my head (2 on each side) and left them in over night. In the morning when i took them down, it made a nice flowy wavy look! (I posted a picture on my twitter: DiyCandace) Sorry the last two pictures are kind of blurry, it's hard getting decent shots on self timer.  Also, if you guys can tell, I finally found out how to get my pictures to be larger! Thanks to the blogger Kaja, for telling me.

Hole-y Autobots.

Top: Thrifted
Shorts: Flea Market
Shoes: Converse
Sorry for the cheesy title, but sometime you just run out of ideas. After spending a day with my dad at the sketchy downtown shopping center, I am so exhausted and dealing with some tonsil pain. Maybe that Mc Donald's smoothie wasn't such a good idea? Anyways, on to the outfit, I cut up this thrifted children's top to make it a bit looser and to add some dimension. This is really just a simple outfit, as many of my outfits are, but it was great for walking around under the hot sun! I feel like I've been kind of absent on my blog as of late, hopefully that will change!

Instagram Update.

New purchases, new hair, cool scenery.

Jean Shirt: Thrifted
Crochet Shirt: Buffalo Exchange
Pants: H&M
Shoes: UO
Bag: Vintage Dooney & Bourke

Hey guys, so as you can see I straightened my hur! Well, I didn't do it myself. I went to the hair salon and told her not to make it super straight as to not damage my curl pattern and I think she did a great job! Of course, it became poofy as the day went on because my hair is not used to being straight. I still like it though, I think it brings out my Native American features. LOL
ALSO, it still frustrates me that my blog pictures on kind of small. They are on the extra large setting and original size is too big.. Does anyone know how to get my pictures to be bigger?

Make it rain.

Dress: Purchased from a yard sale but originally from UO
Shoes: Sandals from Target..Flatforms from UO
Jacket: Buffalo Exchange

I wore this on my last college tour which was in New Jersey! It was actually POORING rain the day we got to our hotel, which was really a damper on the trip but the smell in the air after the storm really made up for it. In the last few photo's you guys can see me wearing my new flatform shoes from Urban Outfitters! The shoes are super comfortable and easy to walk in, but walking on uneven sidewalks and grass is a different story. As you can see from the last photo, I was really unstable and basically fell multiple times during this mini "photoshoot".

I'm wide awake.

Skirt: Target
Sandals: Target

This is just a simple outfit that I wore on one of the college tours that I went on in New York! This is actually the same outfit I wore on July 4th but I always like to repeat nice outfits. The scenery at this college was absolutely beautiful and nothing like I've seen at home. More east coast outfits coming up! =)

As long as you love me.

Jacket: Forever 21 (got it from buffalo exchange)
Shirt: Thrifted
Shorts: Thrifted
Shoes: Thrifted

Haha, Basically this whole outfit is thrifted which is becoming really common for me! These were taken in Syracuse, New York before the weather got extremely hot! Just in one day my parents and I visited Syracuse University, went shopping in Armory Square, and went to a nearby lake! In Armory Square, there were so many cute little vintage looking shops, a cool alley and a huge Urban Outfitters! The east coast is too cool.

Hey guys! So, I am finally back from my east coasr road trip and I have to say that it was great! I had so much fun going to state's I've never been to before and just seeing how different it is from the west coast. I saw so many cute boutique type shops and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! I'm planning on putting together a video soon but I have so many other things on my to-do list it might have to wait. I have a lot of outfit post coming up so stay tuned for that as well! Hope you guys are doing well! =)
