Back with a new outfit post! This is just what I wore to school today, pretty simple but effective in this beginning of fall-end of summer transitioning weather.

You're my favorite daydream.

Jean Vest- Thrifted
Shirt- Thrifted
Skirt- H&M
Shoes: Thrifted
Socks: Target

Yeahhhh, I know I haven't posted anything in a LONG time and I'm truly, really sorry about that. Junior year is already getting quite hectic for me as I have so much work to do. (Anyone know how to write a rhetorical essay?) By the end of the school day, I'm just so exhausted and stressed out that I have no energy/time to take pictures of my outfit. Anyways, today (I actually had time to relax) I went thrifting with my mom and almost passed out from heat stroke. Seriously, it's still sooo hot where I live and I don't even understand why. Like, I'm really starting to get upset with mother nature.

Fall Inspiration.

Most of these photo's are from fashionfever or dirtylittlestylewhoree on tumblr! *Sigh*, I just absolutely love the fall and winter time. Hearing the crunch of the leaves, the soft rain hitting your bedroom window and layering to stay warm is what I look foward to every year. I really feel like the fall/winter time allows you to explore different trends and combinations, more so than in the summer time. I am so excited to try out new outfits that have been on my mind since summer began. Hope you enjoyed this little post! =)

Summertime Sadness.

Sweater: TJ-Maxx
DressL H&M
Shoes: Thrifted
Bag: Urban Outfitters

This is what I wore on the first day to school! It was actually a little to hot for the sweater, but I kept it on anyways because it really just completes the whole look. This was my first day as a junior and it actually went really well. I have friends in most of my classes, and none of my teachers gave me homework. This school year is starting off great!

Olvera St.

                                                                      Shirt: Forever 21
Shorts: Flea Market
Shoes: Urban Outfitters
Hat: Ross

I went down to Olvera Street in Downtown LA to experience the historical part of LA and to complete my Spanish summer homework. The day turned out to be really nice, even though it was 90 degrees my parents and I walked around enjoying the cobblestone road and Mexican trinkets. My outfit was quite daring (wearing chunky flatforms on uneven raods is not the best idea) as I got plenty of stares from the workers and passerby. It was actually the first time I wore "heels" with shorts and I was scared people would think I was a young prostitue or something, but it turned out ok.
