Recently...

I know I've kind of been neglecting my blog of outfit post but that is because I have been spending a lot of time inside my house doing nothing, so therefore my attire has been quite..well, boring. I have been feeling very inspired recently, and I cannot wait for it to get a little bit colder where I live so I can wear all the outfits I've been planning in my head! Anywayss, I got the chance to go see and meet Youtube beauty guru;s Elle and Blair Fowler from AllthatGlitters21 and Juicystar07! They were really nice and genuine, and Elle even told me that she had seen a few of my video's! Haha, highlight of my day! =) Here are a few pics that my mom took of me at the event!

Quince fiesta.

Went to a quinceanera for the first time ever and had a wonderful time! I wore this beautiful dress that I got from Buffalo Exchange for only $14! It fit me perfectly and I didn't even have to do any altering! On a more depressing note, school is starting again soon and I am becoming quite sad because summer was just starting to get fun.=(

I had freakin amazing luck today at the thrift store, Buffalo Exchange. For those of you who don't know about Buffalo Exchange, it's a consignment (like a thrift store but not as cheap) store that  buy's clothes from you and also sell's modern and sometimes vintage pieces! Their clothes are veryyy reasonably priced and they usually have a lot of name brand item's! My mom bought a BCBG motorcycle jacket with elbow pads for only $30! Plato's Closet is also a consignment store where they buy and sell clothes, except I absolutely hate it! I went in there for the first time today, and my experience in the store was awful! It was supperrr crowded, hot, kind of messy, some of the people in the store were rude, and the staff were kind of rude as well. I only ended up buying one thing because I felt soo overwhelmed, stressed out and irrtated! I'm not saying all Plato's Closet's will be like this, but beware! Hope you all had a better day than I did. Lol.
Also the Black and Brown Etienne Aigner Loafers are for sale HERE. <--click to go the item's sale page.

Why didn't you tell me how you really feel.

Red Cardigan-Thrift store
I<3NY T-shirt- New York tourist shop lol
Tooled leather belt- My mom
L.E.I. Jean shorts- Goodwill
White tennis shoes- Target

It's finally warming up in city that I live in, and it's the middle of August! I'm so disappointed that I didn't get to wear more of my short's and tank tops during my actual summer vacation, and have to make them "school appropriate" when school starts. I just found this red cardigan at my local Goodwill for only $4.00! I was so excited even though it has the name of some girl on the front, which I covered up with my hand. Anyways, I'm so happy I purchased a new USB for my camera, so I can upload photo's directly onto my laptop now! So, I hope everyone has a nice rest of the week, and enjoy's the summer that they have left!

Back to Life, Back to Reality

Back to school is just around the corner, and with that, I needed a new bag. Last year, I used a regular old Jansport backpack for 1st semester and a light pink tote for 2nd semester, which broke on me half way the semester! This year, with my obssession and love for satchel's in mind, I started looking for leather "school type bags" online. I found sooo many cute bags but many of them were over $60, and my mom was not willing to pay over $50! I just found and bought this bag this morning and I can NOT wait until it arrives! So excited for this school year, so I can rock this bag! It was $45( which didn't include the slightly outrageous shipping price) but, I believe it's totally worth it!

2,000 people.

WOW. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT I JUST HIT 2,000 SUBSCRIBERS ON YOUTUBE!! Ahhh, sorry for all caps but, that just shows how excited I am! I honestly can't believe that 2,000 people watch me and are interested enough in me to actually subscribe, haha. Most of the time I think I'm quite boring on my vids but apparently not! I'm so excited and my youtube subbies can expect a veryyy awesomee contest soon! I'm not exactly sure what prizes to give out but, i know they are guna be awesome! I'm thinking I'll have 2 winners, first and second place, and first place will win $25, and second place will win a How to knit and crochet book and a cool thrifted item! Sounds cool right? =?

Gone for surgery but now I'm back again.

I warned you guys about the future, crappy macbook outfit post. Lol. I would have used my camera to take these pictures but, I didn't have it with me at the time! I wore this outfit on a supposedly "80"F degrees day which would have been great except, it wasn't. It started raining out of no where and 80 degrees turned into 72 degrees.-_- bipolar weather suckksss. Oh yah, and the title is from a Drake song, Miss Me.
